Are your fragrances 100% authentic?

Yes. Every bottle is sourced directly from authorized distributors and verified before it reaches you. We don't sell testers, decants, or first-copy fragrances.

How does ordering actually work?

Add what you like to your cart, fill in your details on the order form, and submit. It opens WhatsApp with your order pre-filled and sends us an email too — we'll confirm payment and delivery with you directly from there.

Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?

Both. Choose "deliver to me" on the order form and add your address, or choose pickup if you'd rather collect it yourself. We'll confirm timing over WhatsApp.

What payment methods do you accept?

Mobile money and cash on delivery/pickup are both supported. We'll share the exact details once your order is confirmed on WhatsApp.

Can I return or exchange a fragrance?

If a bottle arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. Since these are personal-care items, we can't accept returns for a simple change of mind once a bottle has been opened.

How long does delivery take?

Most Accra-area orders arrive within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Outside Accra, it depends on the courier route — we'll give you an estimate as soon as your order is confirmed.
